It's a 3 minute drive to the Summit Store, which is a complete market with everything you need, including a Deli that prepares sandwiches & hot food daily, & even a Sushi Chef in the store who makes fresh Sushi every day. Downtown Los Gatos is a 15 minute drive away down Summit Rd & Hwy 17. There is also a back way, the Old Santa Cruz Hwy. down to town. The ocean at Capitola is a 20 minute drive down Soquel-San Jose Rd. Our property is in a sunny location with lots of trees around us with mountain & forest views. This is a great location for 1 professional individual who needs to unwind after work. The living room, kitchen (all electric), & bath are downstairs, the loft style bedroom & walk in closet are upstairs. The bathroom has a shower enclosure only, no tub. The access to the bedroom area limits the size of a bed to a queen size. The walk in closet has plenty of room for a dresser & clothes, but if you have a lot of big bedroom furniture it won't fit upstairs. We are looking for a full time employed, responsible, quiet, professional with good credit, who wants to be here for a minimum of 1 year. We prefer no pets (we have a dog & 2 cats) & non smoking. If you smoke, you'll have to do so outside. The cottage is clean, well maintained & updated. It's fully insulated & has a propane wall heater to keep you warm in winter.
