What can I say, The Braxton is a lovely community top to bottom. The interior finishes are spectacular, and the amenities like the rooftop terrace are truly lovely, and minutes from downtown and all of your necessities. Although I'd say the best feature of The Braxton is Reid. As a real estate agent, I work with many leasing agents, and Reid is by far one of the most proffessional, insightful, and helpful leasing agent I've come across. Truly an exceptional property and leasing team!

I have enjoyed living at the Braxton Apartments so far, since my move in August. Reid, the management staff, has been very friendly and quickly responds to issues that residents let him know about. The complex is dog friendly and my dog enjoys getting to interact with the other residents and their dogs while living here. So far, all neighbors and pets have been respectful of noise and living in close quarters with shared spaces. When random appliances or A/C units were not working when I first moved in, maintenance staff came pretty quickly to address the issues, which was much appreciated. The only down side from my perspective as a large dog owner is that there is not a large dog park/dog run on site for my dog to run around in. However, there are several community parks and green spaces within walking distance that make do.
