This home is located off Saddle Creek near N 42nd, which gives you easy access to Dodge. The unit itself has access to the main floor and basement, which has been completely redone! There is a screened in sunroom as you enter, additionally you will see the original hardwood floors that run throughout the home. There is a huge bedroom off the living room near the kitchen, as well as a smaller back bedroom with a big closet. In the kitchen there is plenty of countertop space as well as cabinets. In the basement you will find a second living room and the third bedroom and full bath. The basement has been redone and features new carpet, new paint, and new bathroom. Washer & dryer are located in the basement which is not shared with the other unit, and this unit has sole access to the detached garage.
