Couldn’t be happier with our experience here at deer creek. Neighborhood is super quiet and I think this is one of the only apartments in Omaha (really a townhome) where you don’t have someone above or below you at this price with a in unit garage. Plus it’s one of the few serviceable gyms I’ve seen in a complex, if you go before 9am there’s rarely anyone there. Also pro-tip: ask for Brandi when you call in. She’s dedicated to the deer creek and has been a HUGE help for us recently.
