Morgan Park is a historic neighborhood in southwestern Duluth, Minnesota, originally developed by U.S. Steel in the early 1900s as a planned community for steel mill workers. Known for its concrete homes, tree-lined streets, and proximity to Spirit Lake, the area retains its unique early-20th-century charm. Residents enjoy local parks, recreation on the water, and easy access to hiking, skiing, and biking near Spirit Mountain, all just a short drive from downtown Duluth. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1150. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. Pet friendly!
