Michael was incredibly helpful and professional—not just during the initial move-in process, but also throughout our stay and during the move-out process. He is friendly , approachable, and highly competent in his role, making a challenging time much easier for us. Dean, who handled maintenance, was equally impressive. He was meticulous, prompt, and always on top of the apartment’s needs, ensuring everything was in great condition. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and support and would highly recommend EagleRock to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed rental experience.
