I called Gravelly Lake Brownstone home for my family for 7 years. 2015- Beautiful inside & out! Allow your fur babies as well! I recently relocated due to needing a larger space. Lots of memories made! Management handle anything you need in a timely manner & if you clean when you leave they will give you your deposit 💵 back!! I received mine in the mail and honestly was shocked I was refunded 90% of my deposit! The bonus room downstairs by garage is also super neat to have a little privacy!!

I love my townhome community. First place I have been to where I didn’t need to ask for many repairs and when I do they come in a timely manner. I love the manager Rich, he is cool and understanding and he lives on the property. I love it here and happy for once and money I feel I get what I am paying for. Also I just got my rent increase and it was low. My last place tried raising my rent 500$ so that’s why I moved. I’m glad here the rent increases aren’t horrendous like other places.
