There is space for a dining table, and there is a large pantry off the kitchen for food storage which also has WASHER/DRYER! Bathroom is very modern and very clean. Newer medicine cabinet, vanity, tiling, & shower. Both bedrooms are about equal in size, can accommodate queen size beds, have hardwood floors, multiple windows and closet. The floor plan is well laid-out for roommates as the bedrooms have nice separation to maximize privacy and both rooms are comparable in size. There are nice re-finished hardwood floors throughout the entire unit, lots of windows offer natural light to enter all day long, 2 porches (one in the front and one in back), washer and dryer in the unit, and a nice clean and modern feel all the way through. First months rent and last months rent are required to move in. There is also a 1/2 month rental fee as well. No Pets Allowed
