Pets are OK on a case-by-case basis (no exotic animals). No more than 2 smaller pets, must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, have all vaccinations, and have no history of aggressive behavior. No dogs over 35 pounds. There is a pet deposit of $400 + pet rent of $35 per month for one pet. Qualifications-- good credit, stable verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent -- for income qualifications we can combine the incomes of the two most highly compensated residents Additionally, we require favorable landlord references from current and past landlords. Renters insurance required. This is a No smoking building. Minimum 12 month initial lease -- then lease extensions. Move-in funds required are just the "deposits". (security deposit, any additional pet deposits). There is a move-in administration fee of $250. We do not accept "portable screening reports". We DO NOT offer virtual or video viewings -- Therefore, you (or someone representing you) must personally view the property prior to making application.
