Nicely located apt. with lots of good places to eat, coffee shops, freeways access, bike route, hiking, buses, in the heart of Brentwood just off San Viciente and Barrington Ave. Easy access to the beaches. Close to UCLA, Santa Monica, Venice, the valley and about 15 min to LAX. Very safe neighborhood that is walkable at anytime of the day or night. Conveniently located near a gas station. Two bedroom apartment, one bedroom is for rent fully furnished with own bathroom, TV and WIFI. Large kitchen with own fridge. Covered parking that is gated and property has security cameras and very well-lit on the corner. Famous running path and bike path to the beach starts a block away. Public park with soccer basketball and tennis and softball courts half a mile away. You can rent the room as long as needed, I am an ER doctor that trained at UCLA. I travel a lot so place will be all yours more than 50% of the time. However, either me or my old school Persian mother will be checking in and at times staying in the other bedroom. Furnished with classic old furniture, and antique Persian rugs this must take shoes off before entering, no pets or smoking. When she is there, my mom will likely cook for you and feed you. This place is ideal for a busy med student or resident or someone wanting to try out Brentwood with no long term strings attached. Has washer and dryer in the kitchen. There is a sauna and the common area on the rooftop. Whole Foods is one block away, Starbucks, coffee beans, coral Café and all the new cool trendy restaurants and juice bars and amazing Sushi to Italian to steak houses are all walking distance one block away. The bedroom and the whole apartment is extremely well lit with natural light with 15 foot ceilings. Standard sized well lit balcony available for gardening. Rental place includes Wi-Fi, cable, water electricity. Will require first and last month rent and $500 deposit up front and meeting in person.
