Large living room with south facing sliding glass doors to the patio. Kitchen has a great dining area and there are two bedrooms off the living room, including the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom is well sized and the 2nd bathroom is in the hallway right next to the 2nd bedroom and has a tub & shower. Additional storage closets in the hallway too. Community laundry room onsite. One assigned parking spot. Quiet six-unit building, nine blocks from the beach right off 9th & Montana. No pets.
