Tenant responsible for their own utility bill (gas/electric). Minimum Requirements: - 670 credit score - Combined gross income at least 3.5x rent amount - 2 years stable provable income (no cash or temporary jobs) - 3 years of rental history with positive current & past landlord references - No evictions filed in the last 5 years, regardless of outcome - No bankruptcies in the last 7 years - Must pass a background check Showings: - Unit will be shown in person, & by appointment only, to those who meet the rental requirements.
