MUNI station across the street under construction! - Many restaurants, bars, shops, and other attractions within walking distance - Pilates/spin studio across the street, and several gyms within blocks - Bridge on/off ramp around the block - Walk Score 96! Rental Details: - Exclusive use of 1br/1ba (not attached) in a ~1000 sq feet 2br/2br condo and shared use of a modern kitchen, spacious living room, and den area. - Bedroom is unfurnished; does have a Container Store elfa closet system and curtains - 9th floor penthouse level unit with double height ceilings and floor to ceiling windows - Parking NOT included; there are lots nearby with spaces available for rent if need be - High-end kitchen appliances, amenities and finishes, washer/dryer in unit, hardwood floors in common areas - The condo has central heating and AC (I understand this is rare for SF!), Comcast cable TV with HBO and high-speed Blast! My interests include restaurants/fine dining, museums, modern/contemporary art, domestic and international travel, foreign languages, translation, anime, manga, and video games. I speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and Japanese and have worked as a translator for both languages. I occasionally volunteer at SFMOMA as a museum guide. Within reason I’m generally pretty “live and let live” when it comes to roommates. You probably won’t see me that much to begin with, but I keep to myself for the most part and will be respectful of your privacy and personal space. I like a glass of wine (or whiskey) at night and you’re always welcome to join me! About You: - Male or female - LGBT-friendly - Tolerant of occasional guests, visitors, and get-togethers (this goes both ways!) - Clean, considerate, responsible, respectful, stable income, pays rent on time - Can help keep the common areas clean and pitch in with dishes/trash/etc - Down to hang out and grab some food or a drink now and then - No smoking, no illegal drugs, no pets. I suppose if you have a super awesome cat or dog I could be persuaded, but let’s just assume no.
