Professionally Managed By Real Property Management: 811 N. 41st Street, FSM Super cute older home close to Uafs. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Original hardwood floors. Decorative fireplace in living room (does not work). Built-in bench seating with storage in the dining room which also has an additional heat source. The house does have central heat and air. Kitchen comes with fridge, gas range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Neat little laundry area with washer/dryer connection, extra hanging rod, and extendable folding table/bar. Next to the laundry, with entry from the backyard, is a tiled entry that would make a great mud room! Fully chainlink fenced backyard with covered parking and access from the street and the alley via double gates. Tenant pays water/electric/gas and is responsible for all lawn/landscaping maintenance. Pets allowed (2 pet limit and some dog breeds are restricted). Hud OK. *Please note: there is a finished attic with access from the kitchen that is not included in the living area of the house. The attic is not heated and cooled. If tenant uses attic space, they would need to supply their own window units.
