I have lived here since September 2023 and I LOVE it! I am a first time apartment renter I really wanted an apartment complex that would feel like home not only to me but my two fur babies. I have had an amazing experience over all! Management is always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Maintenance is always super helpful, handy, and informative! I over all love the atmosphere at Harbor Town Apartments it is clean and landscaping is always on point! I especially love the dog park for my two fur babies it is well shaded they have also added obstacles and baggies to help keep their area clean! The location is perfect! It is quiet you also have access to restaurants, shopping centers, amazing schools, and gas stations. The apartment over all is updated beautifully prior to moving in and I did a walk through the apartment was clean and very well maintained!

I have lived at the Harbortown Apartments going on 3 years. While it was an adjustment getting new management. I have enjoyed how they are trying to make Harbortown a community instead of just a place to live. They have gatherings and competitions, trying to bring us together. On top of that, I love the location of my apartment, it’s so peaceful here and love sitting on my balcony enjoying the view.
