We have lived here since June 2018 and it's a decent place. Gwen is very nice and so are the maintenance people. Relatively quiet neighborhood except the occasional teenager in a loud vehicle down the street but it is an HOA neighborhood so mostly quiet. Other than typical noise you’d except at any apartment complex, it’s a very nice place to live for the price. There is also reserved parking here.

Sarah is amazing and the proper is very well maintained. If you have a repair or question, it is done or answered quickly and correctly.
