Centrally located in Ghent, a stone’s throw from Colley Avenue and all that it offers. You will be within short walking distance of a variety of restaurants, local coffee, a dry cleaner, shops, and a beloved local movie theater. Easy commute to Norfolk naval base, Portsmouth, Naval Hospital, and Little Creek Naval amphibious space. Minutes away from EVMS, Sentara, Norfolk Journal Hospital, and CHKD (within walking distance of all 3). All major appliances included (washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). Water, trash, sewer, and parking are all included in the rent. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Unit scheduled to be vacated the last week of March 2026 and project available as early as Sunday, 05 April 2026 (Easter) dependent on deep cleaning and maintenance.
