International people will automatically be approved even without a credit check. To do so just fill out a profile by clicking on any of the available beds at: www Applications TenantCloud com (does not matter which one u choose on the site). If your score is below 700, you could do a co-signer that has a credit score above 800, OR a double deposit… but thats $1,400. You do get it all back usually within 24hrs after move out. And if u can show ur score to turn over 700 while staying with us we can return the additional deposit at that time. Deposits equal one month's rent with utilities. Rent + all utilities is just $700 per month and $700 deposit. To hold a bed will require half of that deposit upfront. This will insure you have the bed for your arrival. The sooner the better as we are usually pretty full. The holding deposit is not refundable if you choose not to move in for whatever emergency or misunderstanding, so make sure you are certain when you book. Also the date you reserve cant be adjusted. You can come later but would have to pay rent as of the day the bed is made available. Upon moving in you pay the remaining half of the deposit and first months rent. We have a beds for rent inside giant shared dorm rooms, inside an 8000 sqft mansion in the heart of Downtown LA. Mostly for people in film and music but anyone may apply. Although we are in the very best part of downtown next to skyscrapers, location is not always the most important thing, it is who you live with. No creeps or weirdos need apply. Everyone is cool, hip, down-to-earth, and share common interest. We provide events to socialize and network with one another as well as film and music industry professionals, and people from our other properties. Many have made literally BFFs here, as well as some marriages;) but more importantly people have made a lot of collaborated film and music projects with one another here over the years. We will soon provide some classes and workshops on how to take film and music ideas from concepts to final distribution. All the resources are provided to you here, all you need to do is: create, collaborate, and succeed. Different beds and rooms to choose from. We have female-only and co-ed rooms. Some beds have exclusive access to separate amenities such as private TVs, privacy curtains, tempurpedic mattresses, etc. But they all come with access to desk space in a study room in which you must take all belongings after use. For $50 more per month you can have a designated private work space. You can add or remove this service at any time. Other rooms in the house include a Film and Music Recording Room, a Gym/Game Room, a Theater Room that sits 12 people, and a Party Room. Here is a video walkthrough: https youtu be h7EmEIM--yg We know utilities services can be pricey and sometimes a headache, but its all free here and included with your $550 rent:) We even try to provide free of charge everything a person would need in their home so that their only focus can be improving their careers, such as; cleaning supplies, TP, shampoos/soaps, iron and ironing board, AAA service, and even communal bicycles. Also included is the fastest internet possible, 1000s 0f internet and satellite channels including HBO, Cinamax, Netflix, and Hulu. We even have DAILY MAID SERVICE. There is a washer and dryer on-site, but the maid can do the laundry for you for just $5 bucks per load. If you want you will be added to our community email blast of upcoming events related to film and music and monthly roommate social gatherings. We have a facebook page. They say location is the top 3 most important things when looking for a place. Our city block is right across the street from Ralph's AND the new City Target!
