As you walk into this home you'll see the large living room with stairs that will lead you to the bedrooms and bathroom. Right across the living space you'll find the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is freshly renovated with full paint, new white backsplash, white cabinets, granite countertop and a full kitchen (oven/stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave with an exhaust fan). Heading upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms and bathroom. Bedrooms are spacious with big windows that allow a lot of sunlight in and big closets. The shared bathroom is being renovated with fresh blue subway tile, gray vanity and bathtub. This home also has a huge finished basement with a backdoor to the backyard. This home also features a laundry room with washer and dryer in the unit! Tenant is responsible for utilities. This home is currently on make-ready, meaning it is not quite ready for showings. In the meantime we will be accepting further applications. The fact that the home is still on make-ready status does not prevent someone from leasing it. Move-in costs include a $55 per application fee, a $150 administrative fee, applicable pet fees, and a security deposit.
