Hey everybody, I've taken out the lease on a beautiful four bedroom apartment in Nob Hill and I'm looking for three roommates to join the house! Our apartment is on the third floor and has completely renovated from top to bottom with no detail left unconsidered. It's available from December 1. We're located near the intersection of Pine and Powell in one of the very best parts of the city (just north of Union Square). Some features include: - Incredibly unique dark hardwood floor - New, completely refinished modern kitchen - Island / table in kitchen (it's cool - and amazing for eating with someone) - Spacious living room area - Small walk out balcony - Stainless steel appliances/refrigerator - Outstanding natural lighting - Beautiful features throughout - Built in washer/dryer - High Ceilings - Brand new, thick double pane windows. - Central heating (very rare in SF) - One full bathroom and one half bath It's really stunning, and the location couldn't be better. Rent is $1950/mo per room. Rooms are different shapes but mostly the same size and are all the same price. So get in touch soon for first pick. Utilities will be split between housemates. Garbage is included but we're responsible for PG&E, water, and also cable/internet. It shouldn't be too bad between the four of us. Deposit is one month's rent for a total move in cost of $3,900. About me: I'm a 28 year old guy who is originally from Boston but I spent the last few years living in London while I did my master's. I work at a tech/finance company and I have my hands in a few other pies at the same time, so I keep busy. I have a good, healthy lifestyle and I love running, doing yoga, exploring new places, learning things, and all that good stuff. About you: I'm looking for three excellent roommates. To me, housing is more than just somewhere to sleep at night. It means so much to me we have a really good vibe in the house. I'm looking for people who are cool, fun, appropriately social, intelligent, interesting, engaged, and autonomous. I won't be running credit checks or anything of that nature but please be prepared to provide proof of financial stability and references. I would prefer a 2:2 gender balance but this isn't essential by any means. The only real requirement is that you're clean and organized. I take a pride in my living environment, and I want you to, too. I'm open to short term leases. There's no property management company involved, or anything like that.
