The grand staircase will take you to the second floor, with a large bedroom attached to a luxury bathroom. $2,500.00/Month, $2,500.00/Security Deposit Utilities included: Water and Trash Removal - The building is 100% electrically powered, no gas available! Enjoy the central air conditioning! Laundry Hook-Ups available in unit! We require income verification, credit, and background checks. We're also happy to welcome pets with a pet screening process that includes a $300 non-refundable deposit and a $50 monthly fee. All residents are required to maintain a valid renters insurance policy throughout the duration of the lease term. Proof of coverage must be submitted to and verified by the Landlord prior to the commencement of the move-in process. This policy must be issued by a licensed third-party provider and must explicitly name the Landlord as an 'Additional Interested Party' or 'Interested Party.
