We are centrally located near the Lakewood Towne Centre. Hwy 512 and I5 are just a few short mins away. Clover Park Technical College is right around the corner and JBLM is only 15 minutes away!

I have updated my review! There is a brand new, fabulous playground at the rear of the complex, safely tucked away from the busy street. I have been here over three years and I still love my apartment and the Sundance community. Management is personable and responsive.It is peaceful for the most part and I have really nice neighbors. Parking is tough, but when everyone respects the reserved parking it works fine.

Great place to live! Quite and, peaceful. If you have children( mines 3) they have a park located at the far side if the complex. My only complaint is the parking for visitors. They is not many spaces at all. Also the bathroom is set up with half bath and sink area carpeted. At least in my unit. The manager Lori C is very approachable and, listens to any concern or, suggestion. I know the cost of living is going of up. The prices of the one bedroom is a little steep but, just didn't want to move farther into lakewood like chocolate city or tillicoum.
