Additional features include a wood-burning fireplace, an additional storage closet off of a private patio, and in-unit laundry. Available now for a 12-month+ lease. W/S/G utilities and one reserved parking spot are included! No smoking. Both cats and dogs are welcome with an additional pet deposit! Per HOA guidelines there is a limit of two common household pets, exotic animals are prohibited. Pet Screening is required by all applicants; there is a $25 pet screening fee per pet/year. There is no fee for non-pet applicants or applicants who have an ESA or service animal. The first month's rent and refundable security deposit are due before move-in. A holding deposit of 25% of one month’s rent will be collected upon approval and will be applied to the security deposit at lease signing. Optional $35 per month resident benefit package.
