This beautiful home is located in a quiet area on the border of Greenfield, close to Southridge Mall, freeway ramps, parks, playgrounds, and excellent schools. The unit features refinished hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, and new blinds. Amenities included: - Water - Basement laundry hookups (washer/dryer not provided) - Lawn care and snow removal provided by the owner - 1 car garage space Tenant responsibilities: - Gas and electric - Appliances (tenant must provide their own) Please note that we have a no-pet policy. School near by: Honey creek elementary Academy of accelerated learning Hamilton high school stores near by: Marshall Meijer Southridge mall Our Rental Criteria: -We show units by appointment, Tuesday – Friday, 11am – 3pm, 4-5 showings per day. -Any resident prospect over the age of 18 is required to complete a rental application. -Application fee is $40.00 Non-refundable. $20.00 is applied to your background check, $20.00 is for the office for processing. -Monthly gross income must equal or exceed three times the monthly rent. This income can be combined by all applicants applying / residing. -Credit Karma is a free resource for you to review your credit score prior to applying, www creditkarma com your credit score to apply must be at a minimum score of 525 to be accepted for a review. -Income must be from a verifiable source, no cash paying jobs or temporary positions will qualify. -Proof of identification is required. Your valid State ID, Driver's license or passport are acceptable. -3+ years of rental history with positive references from current and prior landlord, no evictions or unpaid judgements or excessive collections. -If your eviction is less than 2 years old or is in open case status with the courts, we probably will not be able to work with you. -If approved, you are required to provide Proof of Renter's Insurance. Renter's insurance is required prior to receiving keys.
