Wonderful private home on cul de sac, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, freshly painted, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2" blinds, large bonus room with custom cabinet, multi level deck with lighting and fully fenced private back yard. Huge walk-in storage space on both the right and left side of the bonus room. Additionally, I have built storage racks in the garage for additional storage space and a workbench to for tools. The 2-car garage is large enough to split into home gym as can be seen in the pictures! The home has a media/storage room located under the stairs and the family room is wired for surround sound and contains outdoor speakers for the back yard which can be managed on two zones. Recent updates include installation of 8 canned LED lights in the large bonus room, neutral paint colors in 2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. The new look of these rooms are incredibly pleasing! Additionally, we recently replaced with NEW Bryant HVAC systems both upstairs & downstairs with Nest thermostats, NEW gas water heater, replaced all windows in home, freshly stained deck (dark brown) with solar lighting on posts, new kitchen faucet, new guest bathroom faucet, partial replacement of wood fence in backyard, and replacement of all windows in the home!! This home has been rented out to only one family for a multi-year term and otherwise owner owned / lived in. The area is extremely convenient to Walmart, Publix, & Kroger grocery stores, various restaurants, and Target and Lowe’s are right down the street! You are 15 mins from downtown, 15 mins from the airport, and 15 mins from Cool Springs. The agriculture center is a hidden gem that is a great place to go hiking with the family and pets while the Edmondson library is right around the corner. Additionally, there is a primary care doctors office on Edmondson that is open on Saturdays!! Extremely convenient for those with a busy work schedule but need to see a doctor without going to an urgent care. I do not have all of the photos showing the home improvements online, but this well maintained home is sure to impress! The first time I put this home up as a rental, the interest was overwhelming and the home was on lease within a week. Qualified applicants will have a combined monthly income of at least 3x monthly rent, clean eviction record, good credit history, steady employment, & reference checks from previous landlords / management companies available. Please note, the power to the hot tub at the property is switched off and will not be available for use as part of the rental.
