Features GORGEOUS Swedish designer pendant lighting. The main space is equipped with dynamic classic Bose 901 speakers and a wireless airplay connection to access easily from any room. There is a twin size modern sleeper sofa for guests and all sheets/pillows provided! Has up lit mood lighting around perimiter for ambience as well as a statement main modern chandelier. The bedroom features tons of windows complete with privacy top down bottom up shades to allow light in but not be seen by neighbors! There is also EXCELLENT afternoon light from the west facing windows above the bed. The Bed is a queen size memory foam with Sateen bedding. Closet is fully built out with tons of storage available. The back yard is fully fenced in and OK for dogs. There are two cats living on the the property in the main house that are indoor/outdoor. You can choose whether youd like them to share the space with you or be kept off limits! Coming soon! Were working on the final touches on the property landscaping and adding an additional upper back deck with Hot tub.. hopefully done shortly! The light fixtures in the living room and bedroom are under construction by an LA artist and will be installed/delivered shortly.
