They are all easygoing, respectful and friendly. They enjoy friendly conversations and making sure everyone is comfortable. They keep the house clean and do not wear outdoor shoes inside. Who we are Looking for: A professional with a stable income who is easygoing, responsible, emotionally mature (regardless of age), respectful and clean with great communication skills. We want common spaces to feel welcoming and comfortable for everyone, so a good understanding of respect for shared spaces & personal boundaries/needs are key. And just generally kind, considerate and friendly without drama. Sorry no pets and no couples.
