Love The Standard. I moved here in January 2023 and have been very happy with the location, the amenities, the management staff and how well the property is kept-up. When I first moved in, there were some security concerns (based on the reviews at that time, but as I learned, it was an isolated and targeted situation), but the previous management responded by installing garage doors and security cameras and no issues have occurred that I’m aware of. Since then, the current management has been highly responsive and communicative regarding events and issues concerning the complex. They also hired evening security staff and assigned parking permits, which has helped with the use of inappropriate/non-resident parking in the garage. They also organize food trucks and resident gatherings/events. The maintenance and cleaning staff are so wonderful; they are professional, pleasant and efficient. The gym and the pool are one of the best that I’ve seen and the complex is an extremely dog friendly environment which is second-to-none. I really like the modern design and great floor plans. The location is perfect because it’s close to a wide array of food venues, shopping, bike/walking trails and is only a few minutes from I-10.Highly recommend.

I am one of the office staff over at Standard in the Heights & I also live onsite as well :) My experience living on the property has been great. It's very peaceful and you'll experience nothing but good vibes & great people. The community is also very pet friendly & the location of the property is amazing! There is a Heights Biking Trail in front of our office and an incredible shopping center called M-K-T which is a short walking distance from the complex. Many improvements have also been made since the new management take over & the things we do for our residents never go unnoticed :) We always go above & beyond for our tenants and the feedback we receive is incredible! We have fun resident events on a daily basis and even great food trucks! You are guaranteed to have a great living experience here :) Be sure to check us out and remember to live authentic & lease at Standard in the Heights!
