With plenty of daylight, and plants all around, this home is filled with love and good vibes. Close to public transportation, with private parking and street parking available. The neighbors are amazing. Renter pays for all utilities including water, electric, wi-fi, gas, etc. No smoking, pets considered on a case-by-case basis. 1st month rent and security deposit due at signing. We have a parking spot on the backyard but you can also do street parking. 12 month lease minimum.
