This a detached unit of a four-unit complex. But this unit's walls are fully private and with separate entrance so functions like a single family home. For consideration - a screening application and background check must be made on zillow. com or through turbotenant. Unfortunately, this fee is unrefundable but does not go to us. Zillow allows you to transfer your application to other listings which allows you to save your fee.
