We also have a great front porch, and spacious front and backyards. Our Wifi easily accommodates multiple people working remotely. The Roommates: You would live with three other roommates (gender male). The house is a fun vibe– we've loved hanging out at home or going out to dinner, but we are also respectful of each other’s personal space. All four of the room-mates share the first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room) and the outdoor areas. We keep our shared spaces very clean, and are looking for someone who will do the same! The Neighborhood: The house is in an ideal central location in Park View! It's a great mix of fun and residential– we're on a quiet street just one block away from Georgia Avenue, nearby a ton of great local DC spots. Everything's super walkable, we're a 5 minute walk to the Petworth metro and about a 10 minute walk to the Columbia Heights metro. We're also a short walk to CVS, Safeway, Giant, Target, and Call Your Mother, Midlands, St. Vincent, as well as other great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops!
