This is a wonderful house. It's very large with three floors and perfect for a compatible group of friends, young professionals, or a family with at least teenage kids. It's also ideal for someone who wants to work at home, as there's a nice downstairs with two private bedrooms and a bath and its own separate entrance. It would even work for a couple (take the top floor with 2 bathrooms!) and 3 others on the main and lower floors, each with their own bedroom. It's huge: not only 4/4 but an additional large great room/TV room as well as an additional room that's glassed in and perfect for an office space. The location can't be beat- it's right at the line of Piedmont Heights and Morningside, and it's just a two block walk to Kroger's at Ansley Mall as well as the Belt line. I don't think it's a good fit for a young family as the three floors may not work for young kids or infants. It works really work for a group of young professionals/friends/colleagues who enjoy a big space to spread out in- and for them it's quite economical as well. Internet is already set up and ready to use: it's the GOOGLE FIBER at 2GB (high speed) so you won't have to mess with that. We are just finishing up a nice renovation including paint, upgraded kitchen, new HVAC and all new bathroom countertops (quartz) sinks (porcelain) and shower doors (glass). And it's spotless! Deep cleaned prior to your move in, it's gleaming. Security: system is already set up with new ADT system- this is an optional add-on. Already set up: RING doorbell and exterior cameras. I should be done with everything by or about 10-15-25. And if you have an eye for potential I'll even show it now as we finish up the renovation. We are NOT a huge investment group - we are local owners with just a few high end properties and take great care of our guests. Ideal landlords! FULL DISCLOSURE: Photos are a mix of actual and AI generated staged (furniture and art work). I have photos of the rooms without these if you wish! Kitchen, bathrooms (all) are in fact just renovated, and house freshly painted.
