This is a great place to live. It is convenient to everything and has a very helpful and friendly staff. Maintenance requests are quickly completed and the new landscaping is great!

I've lived at Monroe Place for only two months, but could not be any happier! Leasing office staff are fantastic, and maintenance is excellent! Any issues have been addressed very quickly, and they really do want happy residents! So refreshing compared to my former apt. Kudos to EVERY employee!!
