An in-unit washer and dryer is super convenient and a hard find. One bedroom has a sliding glass door, that leads to a balcony with distant Golden Gate Park and Haight Street views. The other bedroom faces the small courtyard/garden area. You have your own front door, through a locked gated entrance. The spacious eat-in kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space, fully stocked with kitchenware, appliances, full fridge and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster oven/airfryer. This ground-level apartment is move-in ready ith everything you'll need. We take care of wi-fi and trash/recycle pick up. Conveniently located in the heart if San Francisco in Ashbury Heights. 5 minute walk to Cole Valley. 10 minute walk to Castro, Haight Ashbury, and Golden Gate Park. Amazing hiking 3 minute down the street at Mount Sutro with trails off Stanyan and close to Bueana Vista Park as well. Beautiful views to the Pacific from Tank Hill. Easy parking as well!! We LOVED living in this location and plan on moving back after our children are off to college in a decade (which is why we like to do short term rentals - so we can use the space as well with our family between renters. That also lets you know that we ensure the place has everything needed when you move in. Perfect spot for a short term professional contract/those new to SF and wanting to check out the area for a while before comitting to a long term lease. We've rented to short term travel RN's and healthcare professionals since 2017 and all have raved at their luck to have found this apartment and at it's value for the market. We're also open to year long leases as well.
