The lower level has a finished area that could make a nice playroom and there is a full bath on the lower level. There is also a closet with many cabinets that could be used as a pantry storage area and there is a washer and dryer. Close by Chestnut Hill Square, Wegmans, Lifetime Fitness and all that Chestnut Hill offers including The Street. And about a mile to the heart of Newton Centre, green line, Piccadilly Square, stores and restaurants. Close by Rte 9 and convenient to Rte 95 (128). 2 car tandem parking.
