We are looking for one person to occupy a furnished one-bedroom unit. Minimum stay is 3 months. This place is perfect for visitors, company interns, traveling nurses, and new arrivals to the city. No pets and no drugs. We prefer a non-smoker. THE PLACE We offer a clean and safe environment in the heart of the city. This unit on the ground floor has an area of 21 by 22 feet. The bedroom is about 9 by 9 feet. You will pass through a separate entrance on the side of the property through the garage. It has its own private bathroom. The unit has a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave. The french doors open up to a lush garden, a sunny deck, and a patio. The unit is carpeted and has access to all premium cable channels. High-speed internet connection and use of the washers/dryers are provided free of charge. The unit comes with a very comfortable bed, kitchen utensils, dishes, two televisions, etc. Parking is street parking. LOCATION The best thing about our location is convenience to everything. We are on a quiet one-block street in the South of Market (SOMA) area between 6th and 7th streets, between Bryant and Brannan. We are surrounded by everything you ever wanted to be close to like shops, restaurants, bars, tech companies/startups. We are a block from the SF Flower Mart, Hall of Justice, the 280/101on/off ramps, CALTRAIN Depot, Airbnb HQ, and several start ups.. We are three blocks from the CALTRAIN Depot and five blocks from the Oracle Baseball Park. Schools (California Academy of Art, Academy of Art University and Golden Gate University), shops, restaurants, bars, and Mission Bay (Kaiser/UCSF/bio tech/start up companies) are within walking distance. Market Street, BART, and Union Square are about six blocks away. SF Financial District and the Embarcadero are about ten blocks. GETTING AROUND Easy access to CALTRAIN Depot, BART, freeways 280 and 101, downtown SF, the Financial District, Mission Bay, and all modes of public transportation. You can walk to Union Square or to the Embarcadero. BUSINESS $1,550.00, one person only. Move in requirement is first month advance rent, one-month deposit, and a $ 10 key deposit.
