We process the applications in the order we received them completed .Single family two story home .Tile downstairs and tile and carpet upstairs .Living room and family room/dining room has ceiling fans .Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, pantry closet and island counter .One bedroom and one full bath downstairs .Master bedroom is upstairs with ceiling fan .Master bathroom has separate shower .Other bedrooms all have ceiling fans .Laundry room with washer/dryer hook ups and cabinets .Double car garage with auto opener .Rear yard has a covered patio and storage shed .Front and back is desert landscaping Security Deposits: - $1895.00 Refundable - $400.00 non-refundable redecorating fee - $100.00 administration fee 1 small dog allowed for an additional $30 per month (breed restrictions apply). Sorry, no cats are permitted.. Must have 2 years of verifiable present and/or past landlord history other than friends/family. Lease start date must be within 10 days of application approval. The Security Deposit, $100 non-refundable administration fee, the first months rent and 3.25% monthly administration fee are due within 24 hours of approval. This must be paid in our office by either cashiers check, money order, debit or credit cards; No Personal checks or Cash will be accepted for these move-in monies. Roommates are allowed in our properties, however more landlord history may be required especially for those properties around the ASU area. On-time rental payments are required to be made through on-line payment center to avoid payment processing fee of $25. Requirements Upon Approval: Lease must begin within 10 days from approval.
