This house also features new fixtures, paint, and updated bathrooms. When you enter the home, you will be welcomed by a spacious living room with a fireplace centerpiece. You will also take in the warm atmosphere and natural light. The nice bay window allows light in the whole front room. Right off of the living room you find space for formal dining. The dining room has an open concept that flows right into the kitchen. In the kitchen, you find stainless steel appliances and black countertops. You will find two bedrooms on the main floor of the house. Both bedrooms are a nice size. You will also find the 1st full bathroom. This bathroom has a new tile surround, floor, and a new bathroom vanity. Once you make your way upstairs, you will have a lot of space to enjoy. Upstairs has a full bathroom and a large closet area. Down in the basement, you will find a family area and another bedroom. The basement also has a full bathroom. Outside you will notice that the house has been recently repainted as well. You will see the 1 car garage that can be used for storage or to park. No pets allowed. Please call before you apply. Lessee shall be responsible for insuring his/her/their personal property from fire, storm, theft, and/or otherwise. For the duration of the Lease, Lessee is required to maintain and provide the following minimum required insurance coverage: $100,000 Limit of Liability for Lessee’s legal liability for damage to Lessor’s property for no less than the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, and water damage.
