Security Deposit Information: Security deposits are determined based on credit qualifications and begin at one month's rent, with the possibility of increasing up to two months' rent. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Approved applicants only will be placed on the waitlist and contacted when the property becomes available for viewing. Please note that applicants must remain flexible regarding move-in timing and key release dates due to the anticipated upgrade schedule. Additionally, our office is closed on weekends, and property tours are not conducted on Saturdays or Sundays.
