I did an online application and Kaile reached out to me. I liked her right from the start. She was personable, very helpful and informative with not just the apartment complex but also the surrounding area. She took us on a tour today and again took her time to look for what would best fit my needs. I loved the apartment I saw, front load washer, plenty storage and a lot of counter space in the kitchen. Looking forward to calling it home.

being a first time aptmenter renter I can honestly say Chesapeake pointe is the most absolute best choice to choose when starting out. I've been here for 5 years since I first moved here and I can honestly say the mangement team is very friendly understanding and professional. The staff team are very friendly and maintenance team are very promt with filling requests. Very affordable and just overall just a friendly neighborhood and great place to start your journey 😀!
