About Villa Del Sol
(RLNE988136) Villa del Sol Located on beautiful Corpus Christi Bay and offering countless amenities. Within the gated property, you will find: A Fitness Center Two pools Kiddie Pool 3 BBQ Grills Surrounding gazebos and benches. Take a quick stroll down the beach to The USS Lexington museum, The Texas State Aquarium, and several restaurants (Fajitaville, Pier 99, Blackbeard's), bars, and gift shops. Pool 1 is heated and open year round. Pool 2 is open during the warmer months of the year. There are 2 Hot Tubs, 3 Bar-B-Que Grilling area’s with Picnic Tables, and a Gift Shop – This complex has a small store with a limited amount of items for purchase. Ice Machines are on the second floor of each building. There are coin operated washers and / dryers on each floor. Use the stairwells, or take the elevator within each individual building. Beach Security Gates are locked at 10:00 pm each evening. Sit back on your patio, relax, and enjoy the kite-surfers, beachgoers, fishermen/women, sunbathers, dolphins, and all the action that comes with North Beach. There are covered parking spaces underneath each building on a first-come first served basis, but there is plenty of open parking withing the gated community. RV parking is available for a nominal charge.
