Property Id: 1789831 Great rental property close to so many great things! Freshly painted home with new carpet! Everything you could ask for in price and location. Great location with access to public transportation and walking distance to park, school, and grocery store. Very close to the new PV area with lots of dining options in the area. All appliances included, ceiling fans on every room, covered patio, and great big storage shed. Single carport and room for 2 cars in driveway. Easy maintenance landscape with no grass and only rock. Lease has to be a 1 year agreement. Renter is responsible for water, electric, and Internet. Last months rent is due at signing as a deposit. No smoking allowed. Only 2 dogs total allowed and pet deposit is required.
