We're renting our basement mother-in-law unit which totals 1,000sf comprised of 1 large (master) bedroom with closet, 1 additional bedroom/den/office, 1 large bathroom, and a open concept living room and kitchen. Kitchen includes quartz counter tops, farmhouse style sink, stainless steel whirlpool appliances, and plenty of storage. Unit has its own entrance from the exterior of the house. The laundry room is shared with the owners who live upstairs. There is ample street parking with two street spots dedicated to this unit directly in front of the house. No pets or smoking (including marijuana). In addition to rent utilities are $150/mo which covers electricity, gas, water/sewer, trash/recycling/food and yard waste, and high speed wireless internet. TV available for additional charge on request. First, last, and $1,500 security deposit required upfront. Willing to negotiate on upfront cost depending on how credit check comes back. 1-year lease preferred.
