Main bathroom includes tub with shower. Open area in between rooms includes in unit washer and dryer plus linen storage closet Basement includes a large storage room with a lock for your unit. Basement also includes a single tuck under garage stall with room for additional cars in the driveway or on James or Irving Avenue. Landlord manages mowing and yard maintenance at no additional cost. New window AC units and floor AC units are included. Available for move-in 06/01/23. Please reply to listing for walk-through. Owner pays for trash, water, lawn and yard maintenance.
