Our spacious upper unit in ECCO neighborhood offers lots of sunlight and convenient access to the Minneapolis lakes. Property was previously occupied by landlord. Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is the top floor of a duplex. The front and back doors have a shared entrance with a private hallway at the top of the stairs in both the front and back. The living room has large windows with French doors, gas fireplace, a large storage closet, and hardwood floors. Dining room includes wall storage, hardwood floors and windows with French doors. Kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Bedroom #1 (17 x12) includes sizable closet and carpeted floors Bedroom #2 (12 x 14) includes carpeted floors and 10 foot long sliding door closet Office (11.5 x 10) includes carpeted floor and bathroom. Main bathroom includes tub with shower. Open area in between rooms includes in unit washer and dryer plus linen storage closet Basement includes a large storage room with a lock for your unit. Basement also includes a single tuck under garage stall with room for additional cars in the driveway or on James or Irving Avenue. Landlord manages mowing and yard maintenance at no additional cost. New window AC units and floor AC units are included. Available for move-in 06/01/23. Please reply to listing for walk-through. Owner pays for trash, water, lawn and yard maintenance. Tenant pays for electric and heat.
