ZEO apartments are terrific! Having lived on Lake Street, the ZEO location on low traffic Hennepin has wonderful advantages. There are NO sirens day and night (I had 6 a day on Lake St). Great natural light from new large, bright and tight windows. Roomy design in minimal sq ft. Tight windows are critical because we live in cold wind Minnesota. No noise or vibration from the garage door opening. Bakery/coffee shop on site. Clean hallways and low noise walls. Friendly but private neighbors. Here is the big one: Unlike Lake St, I feel SAFE on the street at 32nd & Hennepin! I love it and happily recommend it!
