This large 2 bed/1 bath Victorian duplex is the lower unit in Alhambra Triangle and comes w a Split system HVAC in all rooms. The home is close to the Broadway corridor and midtown to enjoy free time, and near freeway access. It has hardwood floors in all living areas. Parking is street, and a large shared backyard The kitchen has an awesome center island that contains the Electric stove and a sitting area to enjoy a quick meal, The kitchen has a dishwasher, granite counters, decorative tile floor, plenty of cabinets, tile backsplash and a fridge w no warranties The living space is large, with a large living room w a gas stove to use on some colder winter evening and the dining area spacious to entertain. Both have hardwood floors w the dining room having access to shared backyard There are 2 bedrooms with one being very large and having a walk in closet and another closet for additional space. The other bedroom is in the rear of the home The bathroom is off the hallway from the kitchen and is a shower only, tile surround, tile floors, and a big closet for storage.
