Have lived here for 15 years already. On problems. It's pretty quiet. When problematic neighbors do show up, now and then, they are dealt with. Small number of units too. Gated all around. Management has always been nice. Maintenance is pretty fast, considering it's 1 guy for 100 units and the property. I tend to fix my own things though, just cause I know how and want to. Everything you could need is within walking distance, short drive, or bus ride, few bus stops nearby. Lots of lyft and uber in the area too. Nice place to live at. Just wish the gate didn't need a card to get out too. Have a nice day. P.S. Some units are haunted. . . according to people. Well, even the spirits behave.
