The open, serene front porch is the perfect place to wrap yourself around that Kansas City goodness with a cup of coffee. The back deck is just waiting for your touch with lights, etc. Full basement if needed for storage. Private driveway also belongs to the home. Solar panels help to keep the electricity at a minimum each month. The quaint neighborhood is so central to everything you might want to do in the city... restaurants, shopping, museums, the Country Club Plaza and only 9 city blocks away from the streetcar expansion.
