I have to admit I was blessed with an amazing apartment and an even better landlord and maintenance man!!! They are always so friendly and on time with everything. Making the big move from Louisiana and then with kids was so scary, but I landed in a PERFECT PLACE, we now call HOME!!! Thanks so much for everything!!!

So, I will start this review out with I have literally lived in these apartments since I was 9 years old. (Aside from moving away for about 3 years as I entered adulthood) And I’m nearing 26 in 2019. Over the years, I have lived in 3 separate apartments. First a three bedroom, then a 2, and currently a one bedroom. My mother and grandfather also live in these apartments and have been here for years. I love these apartments. Yes, there is illegal dumping which causes the dumpsters to be full, but the apartments do a really good job of trying their best to find the people responsible to charge them. It’s not the apartments fault that others chose to dump their garbage illegally here. They also have increased the amount of times they have the garbage men come to empty the dumpsters, and garbage is included in rent, so that’s also a plus. I haven’t had any issues with bugs besides spiders, but hey, I live on the bottom floor. That’s to be expected. Plus, spiders kill other bugs. :) The apartments are spacious, and the maintenance department does a great job at making sure work orders are completed in a timely mannor. Plus the staff are all extremely friendly. :) thank you Kellie, Eric, Jay, Connor and Mitch for all of your hard work and dedication to making this a great place to live. I will say there are 2 things that I wish were different. One, the water bill is extremely unreasonable in my building. I say this because they basically take the water bill for an entire building and divide up the bill evenly between all of the apartments in that building. The building I live in has many 3 bedrooms that have a lot of kids in them (kids are messy and need baths more often) so my water bill is around $80-90 every month. I was told when I moved in for 2 people, it would only be around $60-65/ month. My boyfriend and I are hardly home, shower only a couple times a week (we both work long hours), and eat out more than we cook so doing dishes is only a 1-2x/ month chore, and only do laundry about 2x/week. Paying $90 a month for water in my opinion for what we use is really high. The second issue, is parking. I know there are limited spots for how many apartments are in the complex, but if you have more than one vehicle, and don’t get home between 4-5pm, good luck finding parking anywhere that isn’t up the hill by the church for your second car. Many work trucks and company trucks also park on the street, which end up taking more space on the street, so not as many vehicles can park. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live. It’s close to everything and getting to Seattle, or Tukwila/Southcenter is a breeze. Highly recommend this place. :)
