The leasing team are professional, kind, and supportive especially the apartment manager Melissa . I recently moved/ transferred into a more upgraded studio during a really stressful time of having just lost someone. The compassion the staff had in helping me navigate the process and help me Find a studio suited for my needs is noted and very appreciated. The community is private, safe, and feels like a resort .When I wanted to move , I didn’t even consider other properties. I like my neighbors. I feel safe, never had any issues. The maintenance team is on it especially with our recent tropical storm , they worked tirelessly to prevent flooding. I recommend this community and I am glad to call this place home. It doesn’t even feel like you live in LA , its so quiet and it is safe.

If there is a paradise on earth, it is definitely Rancho Los Feliz! Amazing nature, lots of trees, bushes, flowers, various decorative ponds, lots of hummingbirds. Closed, 24-hour guarded territory, year-round swimming pool, sauna, gym, wonderful office with coffee. Great management staff, hello to everyone!) Golf course nearby and mounted police, you can watch how they can create amazing spectacles, as well as a horse ranch. I love this place!
